We have added support tickets to the site. We want to be sure that we respond to any questions or site issues you may have as quickly as possible.
The ticket system is easy to use and will allow us to track issues from start to finish. It's another step in making your experience on Indie Music Works great and hassle free.
You can open a ticket by going to your control panel and clicking on the "Support Tickets" button. You will find the following under the Ticket Recipient drop down;
Technical Support
Anything that you need help with or questions about or something that isn't working correctly for you.
Report Abuse
Copyright infringements or any complaints that may involve another Indie Music Works member. To include but not limited to being spammed, harassment etc.
Commendations
Would you like to give a member a thumbs up for something they have done that deserves to be mentioned to everyone, well do it here!

Upload a track and get a message that you are out of space? Let us know by opening a ticket and use this recipient.
Feature Requests
